Registering with Medical Staffing Pros. is easy. Please see our application process below:
- To register with us, simply fill out our Online Application Form or Download our Application Form and either fax or mail them to our office.
- One of our agents will contact you to make an appointment for an interview. If you are unable to come for an interview, we will send you an application packet to fill up and return by mail or fax. Applicants will receive $50 cash for completed applications.
- Bring all of the following documents to your appointment. You can find and download the Reference form here, and Physical form here.
- Drivers license & Social security card
- Current RN/LPN license
- BLS,ACLS, along with any other certifications applicable
- Resume
- Current continuing education course certifications
i.e. telemetry & IV (required)
- Malpractice $1-$3 million (within one year)
- Physical (within one year)
- PPD or CXR
- Hep Vac and immunization titers
- Photo for your ID
- Two References
- Skills Checklist
- During your appointment
- You will receive an ID badge
- We will discuss salary options
- Hospital orientations or requirements
- Contract or Per Diem options and your availability
- We will then schedule you for hospital orientations (if required) and supply you with orientation manuals (if required).
